Shipping and Handling We attempt to fill and ship your order as soon as we receive it. However, as all our garments are handmade at time of order, please allow up to 3 weeks from time of order for processing. Need your order quicker? Please call for rush service. We offer the following shipping methods: Canada Expedited (3 to 7 days): $15.00 Next Day: Please contact for rates. United States Airmail (7 to 10 days): $20.00 Next Day: Please contact rates. Free Shipping for hats, stethoscope covers and cool collars. International Please contact us for rates.






Returns If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Contact us within 14 days for a full product refund or exchange. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. Refunds after 14 days subject to approval and restocking fee. To ensure quality in our product, all items are warrantied against manufacuturer defects for 60 days from date of purchase.
